∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments security, Risk Management, Safety and Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & auditing all the subordinates of the department
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for the overall security of man, machine and information of the factory.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Check & verify materials delivery challan with an approved gate pass.
∎ Arrange and conduct various security-related training for the development of Security.
∎ Assists in the supervision of security officers on assigned shifts.
∎ To ensure the security personnel is performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly, distribute duty distribution & follow-up/monitoring.
∎ Ensure proper security check during in and out the time of employees.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
∎ Ensure traffic management and logistics during in and out time.
∎ Protects the factory and all employees and guests of the factory.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in Army Background or Security Agency is mandatory
∎ Sound knowledge about CTPAT, 7-point, 5-point
∎ Must know various security audit (Garments/Knit Composite/ Spinning Mills)
