Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate heat sealing machines or other sealing equipment for packaging various products (e.g., food, beverages, medicines).
∎ Set up machines, such as adjusting temperature, pressure, and other parameters based on product type and packaging requirements.
∎ Ensure the machine is functioning properly and troubleshoot if any issues arise.
∎ Inspect the quality of sealed products and remove defective items.
∎ Clean and maintain the machine.
∎ Follow safety protocols.
∎ Operate filling machines for dispensing various types of products (e.g., liquids, powders, granules) into containers or packages.
∎ Set up the machine by adjusting the filling quantity, speed, and other parameters based on product type and packaging requirements.
∎ Prepare containers or packages before filling.
∎ Monitor machines during filling and troubleshoot any issues. Inspect the quality of filled products and remove defective items.
