Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters from any UGC approved University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and forecast of SIM and scratch cards demand aligned with commercial strategy and marketing team.
∎ Technical evaluation of enlisted vendors to decide on future order allocation once the tender process is completed by procurement.
∎ Submit the requisition of different Collaterals (Packaging Materials) to Procurement (Accounting & Finance) and analyze stock coverage alignment with Work in Progress (Raw SIM) and floor stock and finalize order quantity
∎ Ensuring Preparation of the input file and production file coordinating with IT and Vendor as per planned schedule.
∎ Coordinate with vendors to drive the timely delivery of SIM cards as per schedule
∎ Monitor the quality of all packaging SIM and scratch cards,
∎ Provide support if any complaints found at the consumer or distributor level regarding SIM & SC and ensure customer satisfaction by replacing quality products within the shortest possible of time
∎ Lead time analysis for different product categories (SIM & Scratch Card) delivery from vendors, monitor receipts of different products from a different supplier, and ensure quality and quantity through random checking.
∎ Manage the number series planning and allocation for commercial sale as per product requirement and prepare and circulate weekly dial availability reports and upload the dials in DMS prior to the request for production file & for activation
∎ Managing uninterrupted delivery of physical goods across the country by proper monitoring on courier service on SLA and take necessary actions on deviation.
∎ Circulate Production report/Zonal reports/Transfer reports/Lifting reports/SIM Issue Details reports/ distributor wise reports, etc. and prepare report on distributor's i'top-up & SC lifting report for commission calculation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 Years of relevant experience
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills:
∎ Strong knowledge on Production Scheduling, Labor Law & TQM
∎ Basic Knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
∎ Strong knowledge in Delivery and Warehousing
∎ Knowledge in working capital management
∎ Knowledge in inventory management
∎ Knowledge on oracle/ERP/similar tools for PR/PO and GRN
∎ Strong skill on Microsoft office applications specially Access, Excel and PowerPoint
