Mikrotik MTCNA
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
Networking & TCP/IP Course
Linux System Administration (Basic)
Fiber Optic Networking Training
Monitoring & Reporting: Cacti for performance tracking, bandwidth analysis, and fault detection
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
Hands-on experience with Mikrotik (PPPoE, Routing, NAT, Firewall, Queue)
Experience with VPN configuration (PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN, IPsec)
Wireless troubleshooting skills
Basic Linux server knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Field work readiness
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Mikrotik routers
Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless networks
Configure Firewall, NAT, Routing, Queue, and Bandwidth Control
Handle client network connectivity with cloud servers
Support server access, IP routing, and remote connectivity
Monitor network devices and ensure maximum uptime
Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, and downtime issues
Work with Fiber, UTP, and wireless infrastructure
Assist in deploying network setups for software/cloud clients
