Job Context:
∎ The organization is implementing the project " Emergency Response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees supported by UNFPA. On an emergency basis, an SBCC Field Officer will be recruited for the smooth implementation of the project. As an emergency response, the duration of the project is April`23 -Dec`23 with a high possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Each camp SBCC officer will be responsible for at least one (1) UNFPA-supported camp area regarding all kinds of community awareness activities and coordination with other stakeholders and CIC representatives.
∎ Support SBCC monitoring officers in communicating with CHW-Working group contacts /focal and collaborate as required.
∎ Coordinate with the Camp In charge and organize meetings with Majhi's (block/local leaders) to orient them on FP, MR, and PAC information involving the SBCC team of Lead partners.
∎ Support Lead partner SBCC team in organizing and facilitating CHW and CHW supervisor's training.
∎ Facilitate distribution of SBCC materials to the Community workforce of partner NGOs.
∎ Support SBCC monitoring officers and Lead partner SBCC team in monitoring the field activities of CHW of other partner NGOs who have received FP and MR, PAC information orientation from the Lead partner.
∎ Provide job support to the Community workforce of partner NGOs during their activities of awareness sessions in the community on FP, MR, and PAC components.
∎ Camp SBCC officers will support the Lead partner seconded service providers of his/her relevant camp in arranging and conducting morning sessions with CHWs of partner NGOs within the facility waiting for space.
∎ Coordination and maintain liaison with Lead partner and project technical team and service providers.
∎ Support in organizing FP camps within the facility by maintaining liaison with other partner NGOs, service providers, and CHWs.
∎ Camp SBCC officers will provide his/her respective facilities' names, provider names, and contact numbers to the other NGO volunteers/community health workers for a referral.
∎ Conduct Interpersonal Communication sessions with NGOs volunteer and directly with Rohingya women and men.
∎ Maintain communication with the Community workforce of other SRH/non-SRH organizations of non-UNFPA supported camps to identify the status of SRH services provided by them involving relevant CIC on behalf of SRH-WG.
∎ Camp SBCC officers (each 5) will be reportable to the SBCC monitoring officers/ SBCC deputy project manager (to 1 ).

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
