Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor to ensure project deliverables are met as per plan.
∎ Find the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes by working with SAP team.
∎ Perform detailed analysis of business processes to eliminate non-value adding process.
∎ Identify, interpret and validate the change requirement and document it for reference.
∎ Document on requirements gathered during workshops of Business Blueprint.
∎ Ensure functional and integration testing.
∎ Prepare workflow/business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time.
∎ Provide clear and reliable communications to internal teams, project stake holders and external vendors.
∎ Ensure the quality and integrity of project works.
∎ Identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
∎ Support after the SAP project goes Live
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 06 years of experience in working on SAP S/4HANA project
∎ High level technical expertise on PP, MM & QM and key integration hands on knowledge with other modules
∎ Comprehensive SAP background across various modules
∎ Domain knowledge in aspects such as FICO, MM, PP, SD, QM, HCM, Payroll etc.
∎ Experience related to Production Planning, Batch Process, MTS, MTO, Long Term Planning, S & OP and Demand Management
∎ Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
∎ Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
∎ Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills
∎ Should be Self-motivated & Confident, Team player, Capable and Adaptable
∎ Must have Leadership quality
