Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
∎ Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
∎ Usual day-to-day duties include engaging customers, recommending appropriate purchases & handling complaints.
∎ Typically tasked with keeping the sales floor orderly, facilitating purchases and returns, and sharing knowledge with customers.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
∎ Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
