∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধিতে সর্বদা সচেষ্ট হওয়া।
∎ কাস্টমারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
∎ সুন্দরভাবে ডাক্তারের প্রেসক্রিপশন পড়তে পারা এবং কাস্টমারকে এ বিষয়ে সাহায্য করা।
∎ বিল করা এবং ক্যাশ কালেকশন।
