Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in Sales Activities:
∎ Assisting Senior Sales Staff:Shadow experienced sales staff during customer interactions to understand effective sales techniques.
∎ Provide support during product demonstrations by preparing equipment or assisting with technical explanations.
∎ Customer Interaction:
∎ Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate sales team member.
∎ Learn to assess customer needs and suggest suitable products under supervision.
∎ Upselling and Promotions:
∎ Assist in promoting current offers, discounts, or new products.
∎ Observe and practice cross-selling complementary products.
∎ Retail Operations Assistance:
∎ Stock and Inventory:
∎ Help monitor stock levels and report shortages to the sales manager.
∎ Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
∎ Merchandising:
∎ Participate in setting up promotional displays and maintaining an attractive store layout.
∎ Ensure that promotional materials are updated and displayed effectively.
∎ Documentation:
