Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branding, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Direct Sales, Distribution management, Food Related Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete new food product trials and document results.
∎ Prepare reports and recommendations based on new food product trials.
∎ Lead new product and coordinating activities.
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan.
∎ Liaise with the Super shops, wholesalers, online food delivery vendors etc.
∎ Organizing and implementing marketing campaign such as new product launches, events & several food related fairs.
∎ Monitor food development process to ensure products are made consistently every time.
∎ Handle & communicate with multiple agencies to manage brand marketing campaign.
∎ Collect competitors' activities & Report to manager
∎ Search new opportunities for increasing sales.
∎ Ensure Products visibility at the super-shops.
∎ Monitor & maintain different incentives plan given by HO.
∎ Establish and maintain optimum relation with all trade partners.
∎ Should maintain proper knowledge about products, route, retail points & their staffs
∎ Maintain daily tour plan according to monthly submitted plan.
∎ Ensuring product delivery regularly, according sales order.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales & Marketing.
∎ Creating and managing strong Distribution Channel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Food/ Beverage marketing will get preference.
∎ Energetic and determined to develop career in Sales and Marketing will get preference.
∎ Understanding the basics of sales & distribution within the area sales of Consumer food & FMCG.
∎ Ability to travel frequently.
∎ Multi-tasking ability.
∎ Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
