Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Professional eMail write up, Secretarial tasks

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist all types of official/Business correspondence in the appropriate manner and style.
∎ Prepare reports drafting, business correspondence, memos and meeting minutes.
∎ To undertake secretarial and administrative duties, including managing the diary, making travel arrangements and taking minutes at meetings, filing and updating documents, etc.
∎ Liaise with different department to HDQ (Bahrain)
∎ Response & Follow-up all confidential official letters & emails.
∎ Follow-up airport related queries and assist to Airport Manager(APM)
∎ Take notes/ dictations and act as per decisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Strong English communication skill
∎ Must have advance knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, mail Communication & IT
∎ Good at Presentation skill
∎ Well groomed
∎ Multitasking ability
∎ Ability to work in under pressure

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary at 25th day of each month. Attractive Salary & Benefit will be given to the deserving candidate as per company policy.
