We are seeking young, dynamic, and energetic Sales Supervisors to lead the tele sales team, drive target achievement, and enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and monitor the tele sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Follow up on leads, ensure timely customer communication, and maximize conversion rates.

• Conduct quality checks on calls and maintain communication standards.

• Prepare daily sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key performance metrics.

• Train and mentor new agents on call handling, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

• Assist in designing call scripts, offers, and communication strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.

• Contribute to process improvements and performance optimization initiatives.
