Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update the list of potential clients in public / private sector;
∎ Generate sales leads through daily sales visit to potential clients;
∎ Prepare documentations like ToR, Budget, Proposals independently and participate in RFQs, Tenders, etc.
∎ Develop and maintain healthy business relationship with new and existing clients;
∎ Prepare and update sales visit report and submit to management on weekly basis;
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual sales report to management;
∎ Analyze market trends, conduct SWOT analysis, and present to management in monthly, quarterly and annual review meetings;
∎ Plan and propose effective marketing campaigns periodically in consultation with HOD;
∎ Train and coach the sales team to develop their skills and aptitude;
∎ Prepare and propose effective PR & CSR plan in consultation with HOD;
∎ Ensure timely and effective execution of sales & marketing campaigns, PR & CSR activities;
∎ Coordinate with different departments and management to follow up after sales services, billing and collection from clients;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with experience in software sales in both public sector / private sector will have added advantage.
