Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to sell Sanitary & Toilet fitting Products with set sales target.
∎ Daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
∎ Manage all Market Research, Advertising and Promotion, New Product Development and activities.
∎ Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategy to effectively reach customers, communicate the value proposition of the product and influence purchase of product.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend & Provide monthly product updates to management and time to time report to the supervisor.
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ Ready to visit frequently anywhere in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have adequate knowledge about sales and marketing in Sanitary & Toilet fitting Products.
∎ Must be self-motivated/ challenging.
