Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must have the ability to Advance/Cash/ Cash on Delivery Sales.
∎ Must work in a competitive environment with other Sales Team.
∎ Provide strategic direction for setting clear goals and objectives in line with the company's sales strategy.
∎ Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the uPVC Pipe and Fittings industry. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Foster strong relationships with key clients and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Build a permanent sales campus for regular sales proceed.
∎ Implement and impose a full cash policy, ensuring that all sales transactions fulfill with company policies and financial guidelines.
∎ Work closely with marketing team, production and finance to ensure seamless communication.
∎ Reporting through sales reports and analyses to evaluate performance against targets and recommendations.
∎ Expose the proficiency to ensure high Customer Satisfaction through addressing client concerns and improving service delivery.
