Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

  • Create and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration for locks and hardware products.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities, ensuring that sales strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Organize seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility for lock and hardware products.
  • Inspire, lead, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance to maintain a high-performing team environment.
  • Conduct ongoing training for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.
  • Establish individual and team performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong connections with key clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for business expansion.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships and client retention.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Keep a close eye on competitor activities and market conditions to ensure the company stays competitive and strategically positioned.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and ensure that goals are consistently met.
