• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the electric bike market or related sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive in tackling challenges. 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden our customer base.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze sales data to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage negotiations and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
