Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Distributor to achieve given sales Target.
∎ Make Territory Sales plan.
∎ Distributors Networking, New Distributor opening, etc.
∎ Responsible to meet defined territory's Sales Target.
∎ Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
∎ Preparing sales reports and customer database.
∎ Develop and implement the strategy to drive top-line growth in existing as well as a new client.
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its regions.
∎ Forecast ordering
∎ Prepare daily market observation report
∎ Prepare Sales & Collection Report and submit to the management regularly.
∎ Should have a strong relationship, traders' sales & marketing skills, and maintain liaison with the customer as well as with the distributors.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Extensive travel and time away from your home area are to be expected.
