Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC pass with 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.00 or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve of sales Target/Budget
∎ To visit & collect order from outlets according to daily route plan (Minimum 50 outlets)
∎ Ensure maximum SKUs in maximum outlets.
∎ Productive call should not less than 80% (Success full call)
∎ Ensure Display/Merchandising in all outlets in his area
∎ Maintain distributors safety stock as organizations norms
∎ To ensure outlet coverage target
∎ Ensure & monitoring delivery by the distributor
∎ Execution of trade & consumer offer or other any trade marketing initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ MS word, MS-excel
∎ Communication skill, People management skills
∎ Working knowledge on direct sales operational knowledge about markets.
∎ Knowledge about distributor management.
∎ Willing to Work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Relationship Building
∎ Work Prioritizing
Salary: Tk. 11645 (Monthly)
