∎ Applied Materials Limited is one of the Leading Agro based company in Bangladesh.We are the only Sole Distributor of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (thereafter referred to as DFAM) in Bangladesh. It has been dedicated to serving the needs of farmers with durable and reliable agricultural machinery.
∎ Applied Materials Limited supports more productive farming through a wide range of agricultural equipment such as Four-Wheel tractors, Power Tiller, Mini Tiller, walking tractors, combines and other tractor-mounted implements of front-end loaders, backhoes, mowers, and the related spare parts as well.
∎ We are looking for smart, energetic, committed & performance driven candidates in our "Sales Department".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to collect Data from assigned area & provide our products/company info to clients properly.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/ Yearly Meet target goal.
∎ Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations.
∎ Ability to develop sales strategies.
∎ Should have experience to handle sales team.
∎ Regular follow-up with clients via phone and visit client's offices and site.
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
∎ Market's potential, track sales and status reports
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
∎ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
∎ Continuously improve through feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work under pressure , Accountability, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Excellent communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Agricultural Machinery
∎ Agricultural equipment such as Four-Wheel tractors, Power Tiller, Mini Tiller , walking tractors, combines and other tractor-mounted implements of front-end loaders, backhoes, mowers, and the related spare parts as well.
∎ Target oriented, excellent negotiation skill.
