Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing and new customers.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans, policy & procedures.
∎ Submit market data and management report on time.
∎ Submit daily, weekly, monthly sales report to immediate supervisor.
∎ Regular field visits to present and prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting our work and establishing new businesses & products.
∎ Working with the field marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Collecting data from field for product and business development.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ To ensure maximum profitability of company.
∎ Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
∎ Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
∎ Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Understanding and promoting company programs.
∎ Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
∎ Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
∎ Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
∎ Maintaining client records.
∎ Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Should have strong communication skill both in Bengali & English;
∎ Should have good negotiation & presentation skills;
∎ Should be self-motivated & willing to take challenges;
∎ Candidates should be smart and well mannered;
∎ Familiarity with Sales & Marketing
∎ Experience with full-cycle corporate dealing on Sales & Marketing;
∎ Demonstrable leadership abilities;
∎ Should have mentality to work in extra hours, "based on workload and as per the client's requirement you may need some time to work more than office hour";
∎ Should have computer and presentation skills
