Job Context:
∎ we are hiring experience sales profile for our Dhaka branch for our freight forwarding business.The candidates must be proven experiences in Air/Sea /Custom brokerage etc. we offering a generous compensation package including salary, festive bonus, aggressive sales incentives, PF. Etc.
∎ Industries: : Freight Forwarding and Logistics

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hunt and develop new air/sea logistics opportunities and generate business.
∎ Maintain relevant external sales, direct sales, B2B sales etc.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with new prospects and new clients.
∎ Build strategic account plan for multi service line prospects.
∎ Meet and achieve agreed opportunities and sales targets.
∎ Strong sales acumen.
∎ Collaborate with operation and pricing to close opportunities and on-board new business.
∎ Secure generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for air/sea both internally and externally.
∎ Your sales activities will be primarily outside sales.
∎ Capable to independently expend the air/sea business and make it profitable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Sales Profile in freight forwarding industries.
∎ Well organised, self-starter, ability to manage, and prioritize the target.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
∎ Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce result and achieve the targets.
∎ You define and implement your own commercial plan and achieve the target.
