Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiation the terms and conditions of sales with customers as per sales guideline.
∎ Identifying the needs of the clients and meeting them timely
∎ Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs.
∎ Ensure own sales targets are met set by department head.
∎ Collect Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Deal with clients and collect feedback of clients as and when necessary.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Gather Market and industry information and achieve target within the deadline.
∎ The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Positive attitude. Awareness of time and data management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors, Submit Monthly Sales report & achievement plan, tour program to the management
∎ Arrange monthly meeting with sub ordinates and give them proper guidelines to achieve target
∎ Visit Sales area regularly by term; explore new dealers, various routes to market to increasing business opportunities.

∎ Sales, Marketing, Business Development experience is required.
∎ Good English is a must.
∎ Well Groomed, Well Manner is essential;

Salary:
∎ BDT 25,000 to 30,000+Depending on the experience and qualifications.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two bonuses @50% of consolidated salary per year.
∎ Overtime will be provided for extra working days
