Responsibilities & Context:
Explore & Onboard new distributor as per target.
Communicate target and prepare Market Secondary working for Distributor and Daily Monitoring of Business targets.
Ensure proper product display in dealers and MBS point as per category.
Monitor dealer’s sales staff and train up them regarding sales and service.
Check the category wise stock condition in dealer’s point to optimize 4R at dealer point.
Inform and educate dealers regarding new product and ensure the availability of products in dealers stores.
