Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Have to monitor the sales team
∎ -Have to take responsibility to maintain or increase sales through managing sales team
∎ -Have the resource to bring S.R's to build sales team as required
∎ -Have the capability to search and appoint dealers as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ -Strong Leadership capability.
∎ -Good contact with Doctor's & Chemist.
∎ -Responsible, Hard worker.
∎ -Willing to work any territory of the company within the country.
∎ -Excellent communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ -Dynamic, Hardworking in rural area & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ -Innovative & good planning capabilities is preferred.
