Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and local influencers
∎ Ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility at retail points
∎ Monitor competitor activities and report market trends
∎ Execute trade promotional activities and campaigns
∎ Prepare daily market visit reports and share timely updates with the reporting manager
∎ Collect market feedback and share insights for strategic decision-making
∎ Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments
∎ Support the development of new dealer/distributor networks where required
