Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update sales data, customer information, and orders in databases.
∎ Control the return goods and other adjustment with customer as per company rules.
∎ Update customer ledger with accounts department on time.
∎ Provide Technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
∎ Coordinate inventory management and communicate with relevant teams.
∎ Manage billing and payment processing tasks, including payment tracking according to policy.
∎ Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth sales operations.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Good interpersonal skill, Problem solving skill.
∎ Proficient on ERP software
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of hard work
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Good typing skills of both Bangla and English.
