Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Achieve monthly sales targets (target achievement is mandatory)
∎ Visit retail shops/distributors regularly and build strong business relationships
∎ Promote and sell Sannai products in assigned territory
∎ Ensure timely collection of due amounts from the market (strong due collection ability is a must)
∎ Identify and onboard new customers to expand market coverage
∎ Execute promotional activities and ensure proper product visibility
∎ Submit daily reports and maintain proper documentation
∎ Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback
∎ Maintain company values and represent the Sannai brand with professionalism

∎ Salary Range: BD 10,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience & performance)
∎ Daily Allowance (DA): BDT 100
∎ Travel Allowance (TA): Actual route cost
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 times a year (each 50% of salary)
∎ Performance-based incentives
∎ Scope for growth within the organization
∎ Salary Range: BD 10,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience & performance)
