∎ Diploma in Agriculture: any Agriculture Training Institute (ATI)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Territory to achieve Sales Targets as per annual sales plan.
∎ Identify, understand and communicate customer, industry and end-user needs to the Organization.
∎ Develop strong, effective multi-level customer and relationships.
∎ Self motivation and self management.
∎ Search the dealer & assist management to source best dealer.
∎ Monitoring on time payment by the dealers.
∎ Achieve Target and Market Expansion.
∎ Follow-up daily sales and report to Area Head for present situation.
∎ Frequent market survey and report to Area Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience person will be preferable

Salary: Negotiable
