∎ The candidates must have graduation from any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve daily & monthly Sales Target
∎ To visit & collect orders from outlets in daily route (Minimum 50 outlets)
∎ Ensure maximum SKUs in maximum outlets
∎ Productive (Successful call) call should not less than 90%
∎ If deployed at distributor point in that case SO should ensure distributors monthly lifting target
∎ Maintain distributors safety stock as organizations norms
∎ Ensure Display/Merchandising in all outlets in his area
∎ To increase the number of outlets & also increase SKUs availabilities in outlets
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
