Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new market opportunities.
∎ Must give accurate advice to potential and current customers and agents regarding the services available, offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to the client/agents.
∎ Maintain a high client/agent retention rate through proper training, emphasizing quality customer service, client/agent visits and cold calling techniques.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Utilize professional networks to improve relationships with current customers and reach out to new prospects.
∎ Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ Forecast market demand/agent demand and achieve sales target.
∎ Through excellent sales service ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Achieve Sales target as per budget & objectives of the assigned territory.
∎ Must attend any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company's services is possible, and must prepare and give business presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable geographic location are Mymensing, Faridpur, Bagura, B.Baria, Comilla, Sylhet and Rangpur.
∎ Having motorcycle and valid driving license will be preferred
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
∎ Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly

Salary:
∎ During Trainee Period of 3 months - BDT. 8,000/month. Upon confirmation after trainee period Salary will increase gradually based on performance which is - BDT. 12,000>14,000>16,000/month.Salary structure may vary for experienced candidates.
