Job Context:
∎ Continental Courier Service is seeking dedicated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
∎ Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential clients with delivery needs. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with potential clients across various industries, including businesses of all sizes, to effectively promote and sell our comprehensive range of courier services.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique delivery requirements and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and exceed client expectations.
∎ Monitor client accounts, track usage, and prevent client attrition by ensuring regular service utilization.
∎ Stay informed about industry developments, new services, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 45 years
