∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build Strong Relation with Consumers, Influencer, Retail Point, Dealer Point.
∎ Visit Every Day Different type of Client: End user, Painters, Paints & hardware Retailers, Sub Dealers, Dealers with Corporate Projects and Others Offices for Orientation of Company Products.
∎ Create Thana wise dealership by discussing with immediate team head.
∎ Assist the Sales for Sales Target.
∎ Any Other task as and when assigned by the Component authority.
∎ Ensuring Proper Servicing and after sales report to clients.
∎ Must have ability to work under pressure & drive sales Target.
∎ Monthly Market observation or Increasing/ Decreasing Proper Report Submit to immediate Boss.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years of experience in Paints, Admixture, Cement ,Steel Industry or related sector.
∎ Smart and patient for work responsibilities.
∎ Skill on Customer support
∎ Working effectively with others
∎ Communication with impact
∎ To be non-discriminatory and gender sensitive
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Paints, Cement & paint industry, FMCG Company.
∎ Have to be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safely & responsible attitude.
∎ Ability to travel frequently all over the territory.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
