Responsibilities & Context:

🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

For All Positions

* Provide professional client consultation regarding tours, visas, ticketing, and religious travel packages.

* Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries using GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo) or online travel platforms.

* Assist clients in visa documentation, requirements checking, application submission, and scheduling appointments.

* Maintain timely responses across social media, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp communication channels.

* Accurately maintain booking records, client files, and financial transactions.

* Provide post-sale support, including schedule changes, reissue/refunds, and travel advisory updates.

* Ensure high-quality customer service, problem solving, and professional communication.

* Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, sales, and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, visa rules, immigration updates, and global travel guidelines.

✅𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* Strong communication skills in English & Bangla (spoken & written).

* Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, email, travel portals).

* Knowledge of social media platforms for managing customer inquiries.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Positive attitude, client-handling skills, and willingness to learn.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

* Experience in visa processing, ticketing, Hajj & Umrah operations, or travel customer service.

* Understanding of international travel guidelines, airline fare rules, and itinerary planning.

* Strong organizational skills & ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.

* Problem-solving ability in situations like cancellations, delays, or customer escalations.
