Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire some Sales & Marketing Representative to join our cGMP based largest homoeopathic medicine manufacturing company in Asia sub continent.
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Honest & Hard Working
∎ Good knowledge in MS office .
∎ Willing to travel - Local & Outstation.
∎ Candidate should have good attitude and learning ability.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly sales target & collection;
∎ Market survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients;
∎ Generate creative ideas to secure new customers & enhance existing sales;
∎ Ensure customers queries, problem & issues;
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers;
∎ New customer development.
∎ Executing corporate sales and marketing plan according to departmental strategy.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Preparing a potential customer list, and conducting regular visit to different Location.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ To collect Reporting & Recording
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies of the Company
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions with Customer's' needs
∎ Excellent communication skill (both written and spoken English and Bengali)
∎ Monitor Subordinate & report superior as given process.
∎ Communicating with customers to give feedback
∎ Report market related information to superior
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Ensuring sustainable growth of the company for a sustainable future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Advertising & Promotion, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Public Relation
∎ Candidates must have experience about any marketing section;
∎ Able to work under pressure and stressful environment
∎ Proficient in English & Bengali language.
