Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing and Sales of Construction Chemicals through architects, Structural Consultants, design consultants, Construction Companies, Flooring and Waterproofing Application
∎ Sales of Construction Service
∎ Cold calling for new business opportunities
∎ Develop business plan and sales strategy to corporate clients that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Identify new customers, markets and opportunities for business expansion
∎ Daily Report of Sales activities
∎ Achieve set target sales for the month.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Government utility, etc. for getting new order and better business supports.
∎ To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business
∎ To apply different tools & techniques to achieve the sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A University degree preferably in any science course will be an added advantage
∎ Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in sales, particularly in construction chemicals
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals
∎ Ability to drive sales activity and revenues
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable
