Job Context:
∎ A dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales & marketing plans and implement them.
∎ Report to Managing Director
∎ JOB LOCATION: Divisional City and have to visit all Districts under the Division.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering strategies and planning of the company's long-term strategic directions and identifying business opportunities for expansion and development.
∎ Capacity build-up of existing business including execution of project, monitoring & supervising day to day operation through which ensure profitability of the business.
∎ To contribute to maximize market share through robust and streamlined marketing campaigns.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ To supervise a team and to develop their competency to perform jobs as well as projects.
∎ To ensure necessary communications with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ To track team performance and guide them to be successful in each assignment.
∎ Fosters company policies, procedures and overall goals. Directs the operation in accordance with established policies and objectives. Follows company policies with respect to hiring, terminations, performance reviews, submission of any proposed salary adjustments and other related personnel matters.
∎ Develops adequate training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, and to impart complete information regarding company policies.
∎ Conducts regional sales meeting and sales refresher/training courses to educate and improve the performance of the field sales personnel through exploration of new procedures, ideas and sales techniques.
∎ Assists in the establishment and maintenance of sound geographical territorial assignments consistent with established potentials.
∎ Maintains necessary personal contact with key customer management, trade groups and key industry personnel to ascertain that maximum sales potential is being achieved.
∎ Managing people and culture through nurturing a performance-based and result oriented culture within the organization through sense of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty and accountability.
∎ Keeps abreast of the current trends in the industry and in particular with new products, prices, competitive activity, etc.
∎ Assists in the development of sales policies from the standpoint of their effect on sales volume, selling expense and trade relations.
∎ Works with members of the Management Staff with regards to existing product activity, advertising plans, new product possibilities, sales refresher courses and sales meetings;
∎ Implements programs with regards to pricing policies, advertising/promotional programs, etc.
∎ Works with the finance department in the collection of accounts receivable and cooperates in adhering to the company credit policy.
∎ Reviews activity reports, expense reports and sales statistics.
∎ Develops, obtains approval and executes promotion programs consistent with marketing strategy.
∎ Performs any other duties as may reasonably assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in a reputed Agro Chemical company.

Salary: Negotiable
