• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• Willingness for self-development and career progression in the Agriculture, Fisheries, Feed & Poultry industry.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Be hard-working, have a positive attitude towards working in a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Agriculture (Crop Production):

• Assist in planning and execution of seasonal crop production.

• Monitor crop growth, yield, and quality.

• Provide technical support to farmers on cultivation, fertilization, and pest management.

• Ensure implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).

• Coordinate harvesting and supply to processing units.

Fisheries (Aquaculture):

• Support pond preparation, stocking, and fish cultivation activities.

• Monitor fish growth, health, feeding, and water quality.

• Provide guidance on feed management and disease control.

• Ensure optimum yield and quality of fish production.

• Coordinate harvesting and transportation of fish.

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field and pond visits.

• Build strong relationships with farmers and fish growers.

• Maintain production records, reports, and data analysis.

• Identify risks (weather, disease, water quality) and take corrective actions.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and factory teams.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and sustainability practices.
