Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and achieve sales targets by maximizing marketing activities.
∎ To achieve Sales targets of the territory as per the company's vision and mission.
∎ Build trusty relations with business stakeholders.
∎ Report daily/weekly/monthly regarding sales, collection, and competitor activities.
∎ To supervise and check the sales activities.
∎ To take appropriate measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Create new customer, increase market share, development of marketing strategic plan, and works to achieve the plan.
∎ Collect, forecast, and analyze the market data for the operating plan.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Develops and recommends product and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Establish regular customer visits and respond to customer complaints by providing corrective feedback.
∎ Always try to comply with the company's policy, sales must be done smoothly and regularly avoiding any sort of unwanted clarifications.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering/ Master of Science (M.Sc) in Textile Engineering. For experienced candidates, educational qualifications will be considered. Skills Required: Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Strong interpersonal skills. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyestuffs, Auxiliary chemicals, Finishing Chemicals, Knit & woven dyeing, Sales & Marketing.
