∎ Giant Agro Processing Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result oriented person who can oversees the whole sales & marketing operation of the seed and agro business of the Company. He will play vital role in annual planning, market developments, creating strategies & set up sales plan to meet targets, and maintain dealer/customer relations & expand network all over Bangladesh.
∎ Duties & Responsibilities
∎ Manage, direct, and organize Sales & Marketing (Potato, Paddy & Vegetables seed) plans alongside other agricultural inputs & products of the business;
∎ Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by robust business planning & sales plan execution to ensure sustainable profitability & growth of company;
∎ Accountable for all marketing & sales activities, transactions, & workforce allocation;
∎ Prepares and implements marketing action plan, assess sales territory, and maximize sales resources to generate sales volume & revenue;
∎ Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets;
∎ Establish annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes by regions;
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities, generate product pipeline for the business;
∎ Seek seed business prospects, develop product trials, develop strategies for market penetration to expand the business volume;
∎ Sustains rapport with key accounts & stakeholder by making periodic visits;
∎ Coordinate closely with production team for operational effectiveness;
∎ Reduce wastage/product loss during supply chain, minimize sales & marketing cost & ensure effective handling of products from source to customers;
∎ Ensure and improve employee knowledge through training and communications;
∎ Prepare & submit daily, weekly & monthly reports to the management;
∎ Develop & Maintain relationships with key government organizations and stakeholders for all kind of certifications and marketability opportunities;
∎ Recruit/Develop Required Manpower;
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
