Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new business partners including dealers, distributors, farms and key customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Execute marketing activities, including field demonstrations and farmer meetings to showcase seed products.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and agricultural stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and submit regular market reports on market trends.
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
