Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Marketing, Email Communications, Excellent communication skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Office Management, Sales & Marketing, Strong leadership
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
∎ Attend client meetings to present our services and understand client needs and requirements.
∎ Make calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Designing new marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
∎ After onboarding, the project, explain the work to the project manager properly and give support in case of any difficulties. And giving a nice brief for the client's demands and expectations.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ - 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
∎ - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
∎ - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
∎ - Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing etc.
∎ - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software and also strong email communication skill.
∎ - Must possess a can-do attitude.
∎ - Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
∎ - Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
∎ - Good in English.
∎ - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and organizational skills.
∎ - Ability to work under pressure.
∎ - Must have maintained communication with clients excluding office hours.
∎ - Experience with remote work and virtual communication.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary range mentioned includes performance incentives.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
