Job Context

Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh (DZN Labels Ltd.) is a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company serving leading global apparel brands with premium-quality woven labels,RFID, printed Fabric labels, Offset ,leather patches, thermal labels, and other accessories.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving business growth. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a proactive professional with strong B2B sales experience, proven ability in client acquisition, and sound knowledge of marketing execution within the garments accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the garments accessories market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, brands, and garment factories.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and business proposals to attract new clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain close coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business reach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape strategic actions.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets with a focus on profitability.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
