Job Context:
∎ A highly successful company representing in the FIRE Industry in Bangladesh requires: FIRE PROTECTION SALES EXECUTIVES
∎ Seeking a Fire Protection Sales Specialist for Fire Safety Products sales.
∎ To carry out sales activities, so as to work with the Industries, Commercial and High rise Buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Fire Protection Sales Specialist should have a focus on developing a business in this region for the company's fire safety products and solutions for the fire protection market in Bangladesh.
∎ Deliver customer sales activities with in to optimize and exceed sales targets.
∎ Develop and manage the sales team whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.
∎ Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels.
∎ Carry out duties to help support the sales and collection statement in line with the Company's core values.
∎ Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
∎ Generate new opportunities for Fire Safety products requirements to increase market share.
∎ Build relationships with key end users, consultants and foster existing customer relationship.
∎ Implement sales strategies for achieving targets.
∎ Coordinate effectively with existing business units/manufacturers while seeking and establishing new prospective relationships.
∎ Ensure awareness of upcoming projects and opportunities in order to maximize order intake.
∎ Provide timely reports to the management in line with the organizational guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 Years' Experience in Sales and Marketing for Fire, Safety Equipment's.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service Skills: You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
∎ Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
∎ Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
∎ Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
∎ Follow company procedure of day-to-day activities and rules & regulation strictly.
∎ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
∎ A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
∎ Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Availability to work flexible shifts.
