∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing and Sales

Job Context:
∎ Loops IT Ltd. is looking for sales & marketing executive who have at least 1/2 years experience .
∎ Must have capability of sales & marketing in digital platform also.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target.
∎ Working hours = 9 hours a day including Lunch Break (Saturday to Thursday).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Analyze Customer data and take initiative to solve the issue.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions.
∎ Analyze the impact of all sorts of marketing/digital marketing/activities and assess the impact to take future measures.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure customers queries, problem & issues.
∎ Analyze and report overall sales activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The capability of taking challenges and being proactive.
∎ Applicants must be smart, energetic and must have good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates with the nearest current address will get priority.
∎ Candidates with previous Sales or Marketing experience will get priority.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication Skill is a Must.
∎ Must have a good Typing Skill.
∎ Must be able to Research & Collect Data.
∎ Familiar with the use of android mobiles and capable of using google search and google map.
∎ Must be eager to learn new technologies & topics and apply new knowledge to daily usage.
∎ Tough objection handling capabilities.
∎ Must have multitasking capabilities.
∎ Must follow official time schedules and meeting schedules.
∎ Must be an honest, dedicated and reliable person with good moral values.
∎ Must have previous experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Good convincing skill and excellent sales skill will be a plus.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
