• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in sales.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and customer handling.

• Promote and sell company products and services to potential clients.
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Create and share promotional content on social media platforms.
• Attend client meetings, explain property/project details, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to earn attractive commissions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Report daily activities and sales updates to the team leader or manager.
