Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and regularly update the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Develop content strategies based on market trends and audience analysis.
- Improve website or project visibility through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Generate creative ideas for promotional content, posts, and blogs.
- Prepare social media analytics reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- Edit promotional, real estate, advertising, and social media videos.
- Add appropriate background music, voiceovers, subtitles, and animations to videos.
- Perform professional color correction, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create scripts and ideas for video content and coordinate with the marketing team.
- Design social media-friendly short videos, reels, and ads in aspect ratios.
Additional:
- Create trending content to strengthen the brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality output within the given deadlines.
