Job Context: Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh (DZN Labels Ltd.) is a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company, serving renowned global apparel brands with premium quality woven labels,RFID,Offset, printed Fabric labels, leather patches, thermal labels, and other accessories.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Director to lead our Sales & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling international buyers/brands, developing new business, and driving sustainable growth in the garments accessories sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Must be capable of bringing new buyers/brands/Customer to the company.

• Maintain strong communication and relationship with international retailers and apparel brands.

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve company goals.

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure top-line achievement as per business plans through proactive market engagement.

• Drive sales forecasting, customer relationship management, and continuous process improvement.

• Maintain close coordination with buyers, production teams, and management to ensure on-time delivery and 100% quality compliance. 

• Follow-up on Payment from customers

• Provide excellent after-sales service to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Participate in high-level negotiations and deal closures.

• Responsible for selling a full range of garments accessories such as woven labels, RFID,Offset, printed fabric labels, thermal items, leather patches, etc.

• Carry out any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
