Job Responsibilities:
∎ Defines quantitative and qualitative targets for sales, acquisition and customer care
∎ Manages and controls sales funnel activities of sales staff via sales systems/CRM/Excel
∎ Assumes responsibility for and performs continuous monitoring of the sales volume (retail, segment share), contribution margin, tactical, bonus, stock and age structure (daily/monthly report)
∎ Manages display item pool (volume, mix, costs, damages, insurance etc.)
∎ Develops and operates hard selling measures (e.g. quarter end pushes, stock clearance), sales staff incentives and sales events (e.g. product presentations). Ensure sales funnel management objectives we met
∎ Divides the market observation area into clearly defined salesperson areas
∎ Analyses the sales market potential and market utilization
∎ Actively processes the markets according to marketing mix: Model, price, communication policy and sales organization
∎ Plans and implements marketing measures (in collaboration with Marketing Manager, if existing)
∎ Controls sales processes in accordance with corporate and legal objectives
∎ Plans and implements brand specific campaigns and other events at the showroom
∎ Assumes responsibility for the showroom (decoration, layout, etc.)
∎ Is responsible for all personnel decisions regarding his sales employees (plans staffing requirements, recruits and reduces his staff)
∎ Controls sales advisor on the basis of defined key figures
∎ Conducts regular meetings to discuss target agreements/feedback and achievement of objectives
∎ Conducts annual appraisal process with his sales employees which includes the definition of an individual development plan for each employee
∎ Defines a performance-based commission statement for sales personnel in coordination with management
∎ Acts as a role model and ensures brand-compatible employee behavior
∎ Motivates sales team
∎ Ensure daily sales funnel use by team
∎ Conducts challenging customer meetings to secure customer satisfaction and retention
∎ Assumes responsibility for the processing of complaints and resolving them within 72 hours
∎ Acts as a contact person for VIP customers
∎ Provides process and communication interface and collaboration with other areas in the showroom

∎ Assumes responsibility for controlling retail standards and price and bonus systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years in retail sector experience and preferably Luxury segment
∎ Professional experience as salesperson
∎ Leadership experience
∎ Experience in a furniture company/ retail industry
∎ Excellent English communication and presentation skills (IELTS 7 preferred)
