• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

• Age 24 to 42 years
• Only Male

• Proven working experience in Territory Management.
• Need to be tech savvy.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power point is must) & email communication.
• Excellent communication skills [both written & verbal]
• Organizational and leadership ability.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Basic Analytical skill.
• Must have the capacity to work under pressure.

• Plan for effective territory retail enhancement and increasing sales.
• Monitor & follow up Point of Sales (POS) for sales progress against assigned target.
• Monitor & effective follow up of retail guideline in the field.
• Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
• Discover sales opportunities through market research.
• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
• Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes to the sales force.
• Monitor competition within assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit reports as per guideline.
